  • The property was clean and well maintained, 2 king suites and a double twin were perfect for us. Plenty of baths and a well-appointed kitchen. There are beach loungers available, as well as an umbrella, we didn't use the kayaks but they were available. We did enjoy the pool which was right outside our door. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby plus a new fine dining restaurant on the beach near the condo. We will definitely go back to this property.

  • Great area of the island. I'm guessing, but maybe 30 steps (if that much) to the beach from the front door of Mainsail?!! No long hikes to the beach! It's as close as the pix on the webpage depict. Cleanliness of the unit was excellent. And the walkway into the front door was maintained well...Julian kept the sand swept away regularly, hats off to him! Just imagine how many guests are staying there and they all come in the front door. Being that close to the beach, sand comes with you, but he did a nice job of keeping it under control. Beach lounges & umbrellas at your disposal. Sunsets are legendary on AMI and this beach is fine for viewing them.

    2 couples in my group and the other couple was very satisfied too.
